Delivery Policy

DELIVERY

Bedtime Beds offer FREE delivery to mainland UK on all our in stock items. Delivery times are upto 15 working days.

We will arrange a suitable delivery date on confirmation of your order

Delivery will take place at the address specified on the order. Please ensure someone is at home to accept delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT

In the event that you miss your delivery, a card will be left with contact details to re-arrange delivery / collection for a convenient day. There will be an additional transportation costs for the return trip.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund within 14 days of your delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery, we will offer you a choice of either exchange to another product or collection and refund of the goods. We reserve our right to recover the cost of collection.

There will be a charge of £50 for every item that is returned to cover the transportation and administration costs.

You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in your possession. Where possible original wrappings must be retained and used for return.

The courier will liaise with you to arrange a mutually convenient day for collection. Once we have received confirmation that the goods have been collected and returned in good condition, we will issue the relevant refund.
