This is the 2nd time using bedtime , both times I have... bought an ottoman double bed , high end mattress . The service was 5 star, Aaron’s knowledge was brilliant , he listened to our needs and delivered , the delivery was prompt, set up the bed, took the old bed away and the packaging from the new bed. This shop is a gem! A true find in the bed world! After... months of searching over priced shops, I found Bedtime!! Aaron was amazing and what you see in the shop is not all they have to offer! I brought a divan bed, mattress and headboard, I got to customized the bed in fabric and colour and all for a fantastic price. They offer free delivery and removal of your old bed. I am so grateful to have found Bedtime, thankyou so much for a fantastic service, excellent quality and amazing value. Highly recommended to all!read more

Fab high street shop, went in on a saturday. 2 double and 1... single ottoman bases delivered and installed 5 days later with each child having picked their own colour plus 1 single, 1 double and 1 super king mattress (a little treat for the adults) at a great price. I love being able to try the mattresses and these guys clearly know what they are talking about. We've bought all our beds here since we got married nearly 20 years ago and I honestly wouldn't choose anywhere elseread more

We've bought several beds from Bed time which is by far the... best bed place in this part of town. The customer service is exceptional. Prices very good and we've not been disappointed with any of our purchases. These guys know beds and will work to find you the best bed suited to you're needs using experience and not the science that other high street bed shops use to wow, then hard sell you.read more

We were so lucky to come across this bed company in Ruislip... about 5 years ago and since then have not been anywhere else for any of our beds. Their customer service is truly amazing. Their staff just go over and above and all our experience with them has been second to none. You enter this shop to be met by staff who will advise and guide you. You are not rushed and I would be very surprised if you departed without making a purchase. They deliver and set up your bed and take away all the wrapping. A truly great find for us and I would recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a bed at present.read more

Ordered an ottoman bed. A great experience and everything... went very smoothly. From ordering to getting an on time delivery and everything set up in 20 minutes to having a great nights sleep. Really cannot fault the product or the customer experience - you might think you are paying a bit more than going to a chain store but it is worth every penny!read more

7 years ago I walked into this store having never slept on... a decent mattress my entire life. Aaron introduced me to the Sublime 2000 pocket spring memory foam. I've never looked back. So much so we recently bought some additional mattresses and there was only one place I was going to buy them from! Bedtime! If you want a fanciful bed made from tissue, look elsewhere. If you want a sturdy and solid bed frame with the best mattress there is, this is your place.read more
